Wifey surprised me with her first attempt of roasted chicken, just half chicken. She roasted it with tomatoes, pumpkins and
seasonings. Once cut deep into the chicken breast, there was some redness, not welly cooked. So, what to do? She put it back
into the oven for another 10 minutes.
Here is the pic. Basically, the chicken is a little hard, due to not properly defrost. Anyway, we still manage to finish the
half chicken, so consider 51% PASS the test lor.

Then one day, I went to Jusco and she bought some new dried spices, herbs and butter.
With the strong determination, she roasted the fresh chicken (this time it's not frozen) again. My duty? Just wait to eat !
The 2nd attempt was a success. Yummy and delicious chicken, juicy and tender in the inside, smooth and aromatic
on the outside (thanks to the butter, I guess). See picture below.
