2-in-1 Buffet at Hotel Nikko KL

Have you ever craving for the best and fresh sashimi, sushi or teppanyaki? How about Peking Duck and La Mein? Alright, stop confusing yourself. Have ALL of them at Hotel Nikko 2-in-1 Buffet.

Just this afternoon, we had Dim Sum at One World Hotel, and then we’re invited by Sidney for a marvelous buffet dinner in a 5 star hotel. How can we miss that, right?

At the buffet, you may choose to sit at either Benkay Japanese restaurant or Toh Lee Chinese restaurant. According to the Manager, normally customers would prefer the Japanese seating. From wifey’s blog, she mentioned that Benkay Japanese Restaurant was named
after a historic Japanese warrior who was strong, courageous and loyal during the war period in Japan. It is also a well-known name for Japanese Restaurants in Japan offering traditional and excellent quality of authentic Japanese food, which represents  Hotel Nikko’s
mission precisely. Anyway, who cares, right? We just there for the good food, spare us !

The buffet is the battle between Exe. Japanese Chef Tetsuya Yanagida Vs Head Chinese Chef Chan Chong Yan.

Ok, let’s roll out the food picture and make your mouth watering. As usual, I always start with something light like salad or sushi/sashimi.

What’s next you asked? Of course, next target for Oysters. The oysters here are truly fresh till I saw Andrew ate at least 10 of them, I think.
He is mad of fresh Oysters, I guess. Scary man !

This is how you eat the duck, it’s just the skin with very little meat, wrapped with sort of “egg crepe” + sort of “rojak kuah” + some veges.
