This is my first time of doing Secret Santa gift exchanges during Xmas, it was exciting and fun I would say, to buy something nice for a friend without him/her knowing who and has to guess for it ! After a much arrangement, twice of assigning who’s who Secret Santa, we finally met at Betty’s Kitchen with our gifts, feeling excited to receive one as well.

Guess what the wall is decorated with? Lots of piggy pictures ! Lol

Before we did the gift exchange, we had a hearty lunch! Most of us ordered the Lemonade for our drinks. It was slightly sour and refreshing, nice on a hot afternoon. Foong and I ordered the same dish of Classic Meatloaf, which I thought was juicy and tender. Loved the sweet taste of carrots bits which was infused within the meatloaf! Not bad I would say, something special for me.

Merryn’s hubby, William ordered the Beer Batter Fish. I didn’t get to try this, he didn’t cut some for me to try

The star dish was the Pork Belly ordered by Grey! It’s indeed food for the devil, with a layer of fats, melt in your mouth. A must try for pork lovers who enjoy fats ! LOL but not for me, you know me well

Ethan and Merryn had the Bacon Tomato Spaghetti which something I would not recommend. Why? Can you spot the Bacon?

Wifey ordered the Pork Chop with Country Gravy, which was disappointing. The pork chop was tough, tasteless and dry. A no no, of course.

Next is the Pulled Porl Burger, I can’t comment on this as no chance to try it too

We also ordered a plate of ‘Dog Food‘ to be shared. It’s simply a combination of fries with cheese and gravy. It’s fine if you would like to try it, but not under my recommendation list. After a while, the fries become cold and soaked with the gravy, you wouldn’t feel want to put it in your mouth.

Now, after the lunch, we took chance to take some pictures of our together-gether.

As Quachee was late, he was punished by sitting besides of Foong. See below to know what I mean

Then it was time for Secret Santa exchange! First off to get the present was Adrian.

Carol was part of our Christmas exchange but since she couldn’t be there, Eric accepted her gift on her behalf, while describing it to her on the phone.

In return, Carol’s gift is for Erika! It was a nice feather hair band.

As for wifey, her Secret Santa was Adrian! Guess what she got?
