Be Italian For A Day

My wife and I love Italian food, she loves pasta and I love minestrone soup. This time around, we went to Marche at Renaissance Hotel. In Marche, of course they not only serve pasta and soup, while a range of main courses from pizza, pasta to meat lovers.

All the pasta dishes are recommended by me, all are with rich flavor of herbs and cheese.

The below dish makes me feel like the Parmigiana Chicken I had in Australia, just without the cheese on top of it. I’m not a fan of this dish, so will just skip it for me.

The Ocean trout is pricey, but best choice for those who on diet and health conscious like me ! This is perfect for me ! Now, just if the fish portion is bigger.

For those who are meat lovers while care about your diet, choose the Wood fired Whole Tuscan Chicken (RM66). A good dish to share with your love ones too.
