As Wai Lian said KL’s char siew wan tan mee and tai lok mee are better than Penang’s, so I brought him to the only char siew wan tan mee that I know of. This stall is located at behind Dataran Prima. If you have a GPS, just search for the keyword 747. I can easily remember this number, simply because it is my car plate number ! Lol
I believe many of you should know this place, if you happen to work around this place. This is how the stall looks like, there is actually a lot of char siew hanging at the stall, but it’s view blocked by the Chinese words.
Below is the best char siew wan tan mee I ever had in KL. Of course there might be other better stall out there but this is the best that I have tasted so far. To be perfectly honest, I’m not a fan of wan tan mee :P That’s why I don’t always search for wan tan mee for lunch/dinner.
Above: Char Siew Wan Tan Mee
My stomach was still not well that day, so I avoid eating char siew and opted for more healthier choice, the wan tan soup. The wan tan is wrapped with seasoned meat, which burst in flavor once you bite it. It’s much bigger than normal wan tan, especially the wan tan in Penang which is usually very small.
The wan tan is pretty worth the price, so go try it if you’re wantan lovers :-)
Hungry now >.<
ReplyDeleteSurprised that you dine in this kind of lowly kopitiam. I thought you always eat in high class restaurants, fully sponsored...
